- The touch-sensitive prayer mats allow the user to recognize and respond to prayer positions. For example, when the user places their feet on the footrests on the prayer mat, the sensors in the My Prayer Mat recognize the pressure, and you will hear the first part of the Muslim prayer (Allahu Akbar), followed by Surah Al-Fatiha. Then when the knees, hands, and head touch the relevant spots on the mat, you will hear the sound of that part of the prayer.
